What the job looks like:

  • As part of the Functional Controlling, be responsible for the evolution and continuous development of the overall organization, focusing on delivering and living the vision, strategy, culture and mindset of the CFO area, while providing leadership, direction and prioritization across all functions;
  • Be accountable for the design and continuous improvement of the processes of CFO area in E2E Planning & Forecasting and E2E FP&A , ensuring that technology acts as enabler, that meets the needs of the process stakeholders and supports business growth and profitability strategies;
  • Be and End to End Process Management Business Partner;
  • Responsible for the consistent global end-to-end process implementation and governance, which supports process targets and Grünenthal overall business objectives;
  • Represent CO area in SAP roll-outs or developments;
  • Drive further automation and standardization of FP&A and P&F processes;
  • Set-up Process performance and compliance KPIs and targets, and work with BPEs, business and operational teams to ensure they are met;
  • Steer E2E Process Management methodology, practices and tools
  • Deliver yearly RoadMaps according to scope cost and time;
  • Ensure full alignment between yearly CO RoadMaps and CFO vision and strategy;
  • Accurate calculation of individual initiative impact on KPIS in full alignment with Process stakeholders;
  • Deliver CO processes scalability targets through automation and efficiency;
  • Deliver CO processes accuracy and quality targets though process improvement, standardization and automation.

 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Completed professional education with degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics;
  • 5 years of professional experience in relevant areas;
  • Proven track record in Process Management;
  • Experience of the End-to-End business cycles of CFO areas of FP&A and Planning and Forecasting;
  • Green Belt certification;
  • SAP R3 experience (Must have) S4Hanna (Good to have);
  • Exanimated Project Manager certification is a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Change agent by nature with resilience to drive and implement new processes in a evolving organization;
  • Capacity to link process management with strategic thinking;
  • Solid understanding of E2E Process Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proven ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities;
  • Strong relationship building skills and capability to build a support network;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and to collaborate in a matrixed organization cross functionally to drive outcomes;
  • Excellent English language skills, additional European language skills beneficial.
