What the job looks like
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges such as:

  • Coordinate all Qutenza commercial omnichannel operations in the cluster by supporting localisation of global content across brands and activities, manage and enrich the local digital asset library
  • Support and drive Qutenza technical campaign management by ensuring that Marketing strategies and tactics are transformed in delivered campaigns in systems and Manage campaign and channel performance to deliver expected customer experience
  • Drive Qutenza Digital platform management, including day-to-day local operation of the Commercial platform (Sitecore, SFDC, local websites, social media, …) ensuring proper data flows
  • Drive clusters Qutenza relatives CRM by implementing evolutions, promote good usage and best practice across the cluster, ensure strategy are executed and ensure that HCP’s and account profile are completed and shared
  • coordinates communication to Field Teams on existing content and Customer usage of it, to ensure synergies and good understanding of Digital by the Field Teams
  • Ensures partners (IT, external, …) deliver in line with planning and budget and that the service is rated high by internal customers
  • Work closely with Qutenza asset & omnichannel cluster leads in order to implement and challenge operations
  • Implement Qutenza campaign workflows across the customer journey into the span of marketing automation (e.g., SF Marketing Cloud) and e-delivery omnichannel operations
  • Manage ongoing Qutenza campaigns – technical iterations based on marketing managers’ guidance, and leveraging KPI measurement by ‘performance management’ bucket)
  • Manage next-best-action capabilities using the output of Sales Force Marketing Cloud and / or Domo omnichannel operations concerning Qutenza
  • Only FR : Participate to the annual French external audit for the promotional information (charter) and all ad-hoc meetings. Provide all the relevant defined KPI on a regular basis to the sales team and the compliance team through extracts of the CRM and adapt regularly the CRM to all new requirements of the charter

  • Expertise on omnichannel operations and vision on all the possibilities
  • Capability to manage production teams 
  • Strong negotiation and planning skills to align across teams and geographies
  • Stringent focus on quality and availability
  • Strategic thinking to understand commercial strategy evolutions Deep technological knowledge and appetite to learn
  • PhD, MBA, Master in Marketing or similar
  • 5 years of experience in the field
  • English fluent
