What the job looks like
Each day you'II enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Accountable and providing leadership for Medical Writing services in support of clinical trial performance, marketing authorization, LCM and reimbursement to secure revenue from Grünenthal products
  • Responsible for Medical Writing services for publications in support of optimal positioning of Grünenthal products
  • Accountable and leading Public Disclosure services for Grünenthal sponsored trials and approved products worldwide to secure revenue from Grünenthal products
  • Defining in collaboration with Procurement the outsourcing strategy for all activities needed related to Medical Writing and Public Disclosure
  • Ensuring as needed completion of all Public Disclosure tasks for one or more clinical development programs and/or products
  • Providing ongoing tracking for Public Disclosure activities and ensuring overall consistencies among different DBs in published information
  • Defining policy and strategies for Medical Writing and Public Disclosure throughout the company

What you'II bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Relevant college degree, ideally with a PHO or PharmD or relevant professional qualification
  • At least 10 years industry experience in clinical drug development
  • Documented expertise in working in multiple indications internationally as well as proven experience managing multiple, complex projects and developing successful partnerships with service providers and meeting internal customer expectations in global settings
  • Fluent English skills; German language knowledge is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Professional, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and DMS applications
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of budget, resources and project management as well as of interpreting SOW from vendors and provide meaningful input/changes as needed
  • Knowledge of scientific writing, understand what is required to generate quality documents and have the ability to distil and report complex data for a variety of expert and lay audiences
  • Structured work fashion, good analytic skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent GCP-ICH knowledge and the ability to understand important and key elements in the ability of vendors in providing high quality/high compliance services
