For our Global Graduate Programme, we are looking for top performers, lateral thinkers, visionaries, team players and creative heads – diverse leaders of tomorrow!

Our 24-month programme starting in May 2023 offers you a unique experience through a personalised programme in Global Operations.You can choose the country you will spend the most of your working time (e.g. Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany or at one of our sites in Latam). Impactful projects with top management visibility will give you a flying start in your career.

What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• During your programme you´ll dive into different functions and areas within Global Operations and learn about our Operating Model and key processes
• Your projects will focus on operational excellence and digital challenges 
• You will actively work on your development, which is supported by a (Senior) Leader Mentor including ambition talks, coaching sessions, & performing reviews
• You will participate in common trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones per individual programme
• Additionally, you will be part of the Global Graduate Network

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• An excellent degree in Engineering, International Business, or Informatics focused on Business Intelligence
• First professional experience in relevant fields (e.g. through international Internship) with continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude
• Strong analytical skills 
• Fluency in English 
• And the strong motivation to learn and grow as a future leader in our company
