What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Support the strategy development and multi-year implementation plan for production performance improvement
  • Create and maintain a global maintenance framework and related Maintenance Policies including governance, and implementation plan
  • Identify necessary resource requirements, relevant performance metrics, and timeframes
  • KPIs implementation and Harmonization
  • TPM Deployment and Harmonization
  • In Coordination with Global OPex Team, opex tool implementation
  • Act as Global Champion to Steer implementation of CMMS around the production sites
  • Design, Create and maintain a global engineering standards program including governance, and implementation plan at the Sites. Identify necessary resource requirements, relevant performance metrics, and timeframes 
  • Design, Create and maintain a global URS (User Requirements) templates Database to standardize sourcing of equipments (production and infrastructure)

 

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field is preferred
  • A minimum of 5-10 years experience in maintenance
  • Previous managerial  and Pharma experience is a bonus
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
  • Previous experience leading/coaching/developing a world class maintenance department
  • Opex/TPM, demonstrated ability to utilize lean six sigma tools
  • Business Acumen understand business implications of decisions and align work with strategic goals
  • Demonstrated project and change management skills
  • Technical expert level knowledge of manufacturing performance systems such as SAP, Qlik, etc.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across the Production network
