What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Implementation of the assigned international projects relating to the entire production network of the Group
- Support and maintain the global Engineering & Maintenance framework and related policies including governance, and implementation plan
- Participate in the definition of the investment plan, guiding feasibility analysis, cost estimation and evaluation of the return on investment
- Manages projects following the phases of implementation, commissioning, testing, startup and qualification
- Leads projects related to new machinery or modifications to existing ones, construction of new production facilities or portions of them, and projects aimed at digitizing the production network
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- University Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic, Biomedical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years in the management of technical projects in Chemical/Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Food realities
- Knowledge of the reference standards and legislation in the field of HSE (Machinery Directive, PED, ATEX Directive, Consolidated Safety Act etc etc) and in the field of Quality (EU / FDA cGMP, Guidelines (i.e. ISPE, PDA, WHO), Regulations, GaMP, ISPE guidelines, PDA and WHO tech. Report (where applicable)
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Availability to travel
