What the job looks like
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges such as:

  • Lead projects in the area of market access across our cluster FR & Benelux (70%)
  • Be a trusted partner for field teams to develop our hospital framework accompanying them on the field when deemed necessary to convey Medico-economic value messages 
  • Observe and analyze the political and healthcare landscape and actively sharing the information to the relevant bodies & people.
  • Participate in discussions with authorities, health insurance companies, patient organizations and professional associations.in collaboration with Market access director Benelux
  • Ensuring alignment and exchange of information with cross functional brand teams.
  • Stays updated regarding (pricing and) reimbursement developments.
  • Assists Market Access Director with the development and coordination of (pricing and) reimbursement strategies for new and existing brands
  • (Pro)active participation in developing and execution of the annual brand plans in the cross functional brand teams.
  • Complies with company and country policies and procedures in every interaction
  • Support the global Market Access Team on ad hoc requests  procedures in every interaction

 

What you‘ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Completed scientific degree
  • Good knowledge in the field of the Belgium health care environment and system (policy and legislation)
  • In possession of an extensive network or ability to build  network in the entire healthcare continuum and knows how to use it for success
  • 2-4 years’ experience
  • Languages skills :  French, English and Dutch
  • High standard of oral and written communication, including presentation skills 
  • Experience in working with MS Office
  • Agile project management skills 
  • External stakeholder engagement skills, story telling
  • Analytical and strategic thinking 
  • Self-responsible working method 
  • Secure appearance, communication skills, negotiating skills and persuasiveness 
  • Social competence and the will to succeed
  • Field experience is a plus, or demonstrates willingness and skills to learn
  • Business acumen
  • Striving for cross functional projects
