What the job looks like
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges such as:
Aligned with company’s strategy, builds and implements a cross functional action plan (sales objectives, needed resources, KPI’s) for Key Accounts (complex accounts with high strategic value), focusing on a sustainable and long-term collaboration with the customer and for the best and medically relevant usage of Grünenthal Brands
- In-depth understanding of the organization and decision processes in the key accounts for all topics relevant to Grünenthal.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the key account and key account environment.
- Build and implement a cross functional key account action plan involving all needed Grünenthal functions (field & head office)
- Fills and up-dates all relevant information for key accounts in Grünenthal’s systems
- Identify the resources needed for the local action plan (budget, other function’s support, etc)
- Develop and implement value-adding projects based on customer needs, insights, organization and decision processes and becomes a reliable long term trusted partner.
- Ensure successful, sustainable, ethical and medically recommended sales of Grünenthal brands.
- All activities implemented are aligned with best practice compliance and regulation rules.
- Manage the relationship with the key accounts for GRT brands
- Build, implement and coordinate a dedicated and customized action plan per account
- Implement GRT strategy in the key accounts
What you‘ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably scientific background
- Several years of relevant experience as a sales representative, preferably as a Key account manager
- Dutch native speaker; knowledge of French & English desired
- Expert in project management and Key Account Excellence
