What the job looks like
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges such as:
Take part, adapt and implement the insight driven tactics to communicate the assets strategy through omnichannel activities in order to maximize customer experience
• Adaptation and translation of global brand strategy to local marketing campaigns
• Creation & implementation of campaigns for different customer segments and profiles
• Manage implementation of local plans
• Execute the CJs
• Deliver the CX, collects the feedback, track and share it to the ComEx team
• Ensure contents are up to date and relevant for the portfolio
• Responsible for campaign presentation to local field teams and monitoring use
• Ensure follow-up of omnichannel campaigns
• Co-lead the Local Asset Team meetings with the Asset Leads
• Crossfunctional collaboration with field team (sales), OC managers, medical, regulatory, compliance, comex and financial
• Look closely the data on the markets

• University degree (Bachelor/Master)
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in project or process management roles (in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy)
• Experience in project management and/or cross-functional proven skills
• Ideally experienced in working in an international environment and track record of managing across cultures and geographies
• Experience with digital promotion
• Experience in commercial functions preferred but not necessary
• Experience with project management tools
• Fluency in French and Dutch, business English is an advantage
