We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Working Student to join our Recruiting team. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about human resources, talent acquisition, and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What the job looks like:
- Independent scheduling of interviews as part of recruitment processes
- Preparation of job postings
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment trends and tools
- Assist analysis and optimization of the existing recruiting process
- Provide administrative support as needed.
What you´ll bring to the table:
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience (internships or part-time work in the field of human resources)
- Your strengths include reliability, the ability to work in a team, an engaging manner, and a high level of customer and service orientation
- You convince with your independent, proactive way of working, discretion and high sense of responsibility
- You a familiar with Microsoft Office products and are able communicate in fluently in German and English
