What you can look forward to
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Organize and support strategic meetings, incl. the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of medical affairs plans and timelines.
- Assisting in the coordination of scientific publications, congress activities, and symposia
- Preparing scientific slide decks, reports, and pre-read materials for internal and external meetings.
- Supporting medical information requests and ensuring scientific accuracy of materials.
- Coordinating activities with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., clinical development, market access, commercial, regulatory).
- Contributing to budget tracking and contract management within the medical affairs team.
- Executive Communication: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Supporting global projects and initiatives driven by the Global Head of Medical Affairs.

- Preferably be in your first years of your Bachelor studies or just started your Masters, preferably in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.
- Have a strong interest in medical affairs and the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Can work in a structured, proactive, and independent way.
- Have strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
- Are curious and eager to learn in an international environment.
- Bring in excellent written and verbal English skills; other languages are an advantage.
- Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with reference management tools is a plus.
- Bring in passion for improving patients’ lives through science and medical innovation.
