What you can look forward to
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Agency collaboration by coordinating briefings, feedback, and delivery processes for promotional materials and ensuring the high-quality standards of deliveries
- Supporting the team in the creation of promotional materials, e.g. core claim documents, modular content
- Responsible for website management: maintenance, updates and continuous improvement of websites in scope
- Managing the promotional material approval process, whilst ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders
- Project management: actively supporting the team in an agile way of working in scrums, weekly stand-ups, etc. and ensuring delivery of aligned tasks in time
- Co-Lead of internal stakeholder communication management by creating e-mail communications and posts on the platform showcasing the latest updates
- Supporting the team in the creation of presentations in PowerPoint and data analysis in MS Excel

- Preferably be in your Bachelor’s studies (early years) or just about to start your Master’s studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or comparable study fields
- Passion for the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and interest in global commercial development
- Have a strong growth mindset and high curiosity on new topics
- Be able work in a complex, intercultural environment with different stakeholders
- Enjoy working in international teams and bringing in excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about analysing, shaping and improving existing processes
- Have a structured and independent way of working who proactively seeks the next step
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus
- Have excellent written and verbal English skills
