What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Being part of the operational excellence team, you will help to build on the trainings portfolio for all GO organization 
• Helping to strengthen our operational excellence culture in Global Operations through the creation of training modules in our e-learning platform  
• Understand the Global Operations Business system (GOBS) processes and the interrelationships with other departments  
• Define clear Educational Goals for training modules on GOBS  
• Engage with Interactive Techniques incorporating various media formats for the creation of the e-learning modules    
• Carry out organisational project management tasks 
• Participate in the design for other training modules to support the of the future rollout of the global project  
• Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and is delivered on time

• Student in the field of applied communication, advertising, psychology 
• An interest in the development and training of our employees 
• Excellent self-organizing skills 
• Ability to seek feedback and stay updated on technologies to continuously enhance the modules  
• Creative and able to translate customers' requirements into video content 
• Strong communication skills and collaboration 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Good English language skills is mandatory (German, Italian, Spanish is a plus)
