What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a Variety of challenges, such as:

• Being part of the operational excellence team, you will help to build on the trainings portfolio for all GO organization
• Meet with competency owners and define timelines for content creation 
• Create E-learning modules in the Articulate 360 software
• Coordinate with E&T people for training plan assignment based on the strategy 
• Support the training plan execution in all GO 
• Participate in the design of the future rollout of the global project to all GO departments

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Immatriculated student with a creative background 
• An interest in the development and training of our employees
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• An interest to develop creative media (video, presentation)
• Empathy and the ability to build good interpersonal relationships to interact at different levels, from production to management, from all GO department
• Team spirit and willingness to work in an international, multicultural and interdisciplinary environment
• Good English language skills is mandatory (German, Italian, Spanish is a plus)
