What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Supporting the Customer Experience (CX) Project 

  • Being a contact person for agencies, helping with communication and organization
  • Support of concept development, branding and implementation
  • Support the CX roll-out in local markets
  • Being a point of contact for local markets to help with questions and communication
  • Follow-up the implementation plan
  • Understanding local needs, checking the current status and identifying timeline gaps

Support the web estate implementation project with:

  • Checking the current statusIdentifying timeline gaps
  • Develop, present and implement concepts 
  • Be in direct contact with vendors

Working on Internal Communication

  • Keeping markets up-to-date on the latest activities Competitive intelligence on CX activities: podcast, webinars, articles, etc
  • Intranet Workspaces / E-Mail Communication / presenting in meetings / Newsletters
  • Concept building and implementation of new workspaces


What you'll bring to the table

  • study ​​​Marketing, Economics, Customer Experience, Business Administration or comparable 
  • have strong business acumen
  • be curious and are eager to learn
  • have the ability to work in a complex environment with different stakeholders
