What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Define strategies to maximize supply chain effectiveness, implement cost saving programs, monitor critical suppliers and supply points in a make-to-order supply chain environment
- Support Business growth and expansion by deploying an integrated system and set of processes within the end-to-end supply chain, that provide a competitive advantage consistent with the Business Strategy
- Define, monitor and drive KPI´s for the overall supply chain function and processes (forecasting, planning, logistics performance, costs, service, Mfg. and WH&D processes)
- Deliver superior customer service, while enhancing bottom line profitability
- Be a driver and leader in the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning cycle to ensure effectiveness and transparency of data for overall strategic and tactical supply chain decisions
- Ensures the implementations of Patient access strategy according to regional standard and guidelines
- Be part of the cross-functional Partner Business and CMB leadership teams
- Lead a team of 6 operational demand planners and being responsible for the personal development plan definition and revision
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- University degree preferably in Engineering or Business with major in Supply Chain/Operations
- 10 years+ professional experience in Supply Chain/Operations Management
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles
- Successful Supply Chain Transformation projects/programs experience
- Understanding of basic financial controlling terminology and tools – in particularP&L impact
- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Demand Planning modules is preferred
