What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Drive the evolution of our global mobility strategy, policies, and governance framework
  • Review, optimize, and continuously enhance international assignment programs for short-term and long-term mobility
  • Lead end-to-end mobility processes for international assignmentsand cross-border employment arrangements
  • Advise senior leaders, HR business partners, and employees on international employment, mobility, tax, social security, and compliance matters
  • Partner closely with external tax, immigration, and social security experts across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with external mobility, tax, and relocation providers
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and modernize mobility processes and policies

 


What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Tax, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, Expatriate Services, or a specialized Consulting environment
  • Strong expertise in international employment, tax, and social security matters, preferably trained as tax consultant
  • Experience Managing complex cross-border workforces cenarios in a multinational environment
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and advise senior leaders with confidence and credibility
  • Strong projectmanagement and vendor management capabilities
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent employee experiences
  • Fluency in English and good German language skills
