What the job looks like
Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Ensuring effective and efficient Quality operations in compliance with legal requirements, standard operating procedures on health and safety at work as well as environmental protection
• Leading and developing team by empowering the people, training, coaching and applying principles of high performing teams
• Driving improvement projects, change programs and Quality Excellence 
• Managing and coordinating activities incl. investigations, risk evaluations, CAPA definition and implementation related to non-conformances like deviations, complaints, market recalls in collaboration with other departments

What you´ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• University degree in natural sciences
• First years of leadership experience  
• Very good understanding of Quality Management in Pharma environment and knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines
• Experience in successfully realizing process improvements and driving Quality Excellence in cross-functional teams 
• Business-fluent English skills, German skills helpfull
• Strategic and analytical thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management & networking skills
