What the job looks like
Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Supporting the line manager with the implementation of the overall strategy and individual project tasks
  • Responsibility for efficient office processes, documentation and meeting facilitation as well as taking on ownership and managing selected projects
  • Supports various project topics including keeping track of the meeting schedule and ongoing projects, taking meeting notes and actions as well as preparing materials for upcoming meetings and follow-up 
  • Administrative support, e.g. calendar management, planning of appointments, preparation of the agenda, documentation of meetings, processing of files, monitoring deadlines
  • Organization of national and international business travels and events, including flight, hotel, transfer booking and processing relevant expenses
  • Overall support (IT tickets, vendor management, procurement, etc.) and support with internal communications activities (where relevant) – e.g. on intranet 
  • Support with creation and development of presentations (PowerPoint) as well as Budget Tracking (supporting oversight if cost centers / PO management) 
  • First line contact person for team members as well as internal and external stakeholders and supporting the successful onboarding of new hires, incl. introduction, training to all relevant internal systems and processes 

 

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  •  Successfully finished commercial apprenticeship in e.g. office management, industrial clerk or comparable; bachelor's degree beneficial
  •  At least 3 years relevant professional experience in project, process or advanced office management roles
  •  Certified training(s) on agile project management, methods or comparable are beneficial 
  •  Proficient experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SAP and Concur 
  •  Strong communication skills as well as advanced presentation and facilitation skills 
  •  Highly independent working style, able to prioritize workload and meeting deadlines
  •  Business fluent in English and German
