What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Co-create the Finance & Controlling area data and IT solution landscape
• Orchestrate our stage gate/demand process to bring ideas to new IT solutions, helping Finance & Controlling area to identify and promote the most beneficial ideas and manage their IT project portfolio
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders and drive innovation
• Build a trustful relationship with business leaders of Finance & Controlling area 
• Guide a product-oriented IT team that owns E2E all Finance & Controlling area IT solutions
• Act as project manager and ensure excellence in project set-up and execution
• Build and maintain process, data and IT Solution landscape of Corporate Functions 
• Maintain stage gate/demand process and IT project portfolio for Finance & Controlling 
• Own all IT projects in Finance & Controlling and ensure quality in execution
• Communicate/report Finance & Controlling IT demands, projects and solution services KPIs to all relevant stakeholder

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Master degree in business computer science or economics (finance, business administration)
• IT professional with a minimum of 8 years experience in complex, international IT enterprise organizations
• Strong background in processes and IT with detail business knowledge about controlling, accounting, tax or treasury 
• Proven experience in project management of large, complex projects as well as in process management and the implementation of software and systems
• Solid knowledge of IT technologies as SAP in specific modules like BW, FI, CO
• Sound understanding of Processes for Controlling and Accounting
• Advanced project and  process management (BPMN) skills as well as proven change management ability
• English fluent and preferably one further European language
• Sound understanding of ITIL
