What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Co-Create the solution landscape and roadmap with Global Operations functions, partnering with internal and external stakeholders and driving innovation
- Build and maintain a stage gate process to orchestrate the process from ideation to new IT Solutions, helping GO to identify the most beneficial ideas
- Act as project manager / -lead and ensure excellence in project setup and execution
- Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing and formulating of business requirements and user stories towards IT
- Translate business requirements into IT language and ensure that they will follow the GIT processes & standards
- Close collaboration with Application management to discuss, define and drive forward the solution design for Business requirements
- Ensure E-2-E availability and quality of IT services
What you will bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Master degree in (business) computer science, engineering or similar
- IT professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in complex, international IT enterprise organizations
- Strong background in processes and IT of a producing company with detail knowledge about procurement processes.
- Proven experience in project management of large, complex projects as well as in process management and the implementation of software and systems
- Solid knowledge of IT technologies as SAP in specific modules like BI, SCM, IBP or PP
- English fluent and preferably German and one further European language
- Sound understanding of ITIL
