What the Job Looks Like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Managing and growing a multi-disciplinary team, working towards a common goal.
• Defining and documenting IT processes, roles, and responsibilities in the own area to align with business requirements and IT strategy.
• Establishing and maintaining IT process governance, including policies, objectives, metrics, and controls.
• Monitoring and measuring IT process performance and quality, and reporting on results and outcomes for all IT Strategy and Portfolio processes.
• Identifying and implementing IT process improvement opportunities and ensuring effective communication and execution of changes.
• Managing, training and coordinating IT process stakeholders, including process owners, managers, practitioners, and customers.
• Ensuring IT process risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and compliance is verified and audited.

What You'll Bring to the Table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of five to eight years of experience in IT service, product and project portfolio management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Certification in IT service and project management, such as ITIL, IPMA and/or SCRUM
• Solid knowledge of (digital) portfolio management best practices, standards, and frameworks.
