What the role will look like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Lead and evolve our global IT communication strategy and editorial plan, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Develop high quality communication assets (newsletters, intranet content, videos, leadership messages, release/change comms).
- Translate technical topics into engaging business language that resonates with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Drive IT storytelling and support change initiatives with meaningful narratives and communication roadmaps.
- Build and manage communication communities and engagement formats (e.g., roadshows, AMAs, town halls).
- Strengthen communication governance and standards in close collaboration with Corporate Communications.
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Solid experience in communications, change management, or a related field, ideally in a tech or corporate environment.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and craft clear, compelling messages for different audiences.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building strong cross functional relationships.
- Proven track record in communication planning, content creation, and driving engagement.
- Familiarity with communication governance, KPIs, and measurement of communication effectiveness.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and genuine interest in shaping impactful communication for a global IT function.
