What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Partner with business leaders to foster a culture where safety is the number one priority
- Define and execute a comprehensive multi-year strategy to continue the company’s drive toward zero injuries. This includes safety, environmental, and occupational health and process safety
- Drive continuous improvement of the Safety Program and practices across the company
- Drive and improve the comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligned with the organization's goals and values
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and communities, to promote sustainability and foster partnerships that drive positive social and environmental impacts
- Responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key sustainability metrics, such as energy consumption, waste generation, and greenhouse gas emissions
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

Bachelor Degree in engineering, industrial safety, sustainability or equivalent experience on the job on these topcis

7-10 years experience in manufacturing

Proven ability to effectively communicate through and work in a matrix organization in a multinational company

Fluency in business English

Knowledge and experience on digitalization/automatization within the EHS workspace

Willingness to travel

Experience of presenting to C-level
-
TPM& Six Sigma knowledge

Experience in a site leadership role is a plus
