What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

Operational responsibilities:

  • Steering personnel planning process, including forecasting processes and budget planning process in close alignment with Finance & Controlling
  • Further standardization and automation of HR Controlling
  • Performing ad-hoc analyzes and regular reportings (annual report, FTE reporting etc.
  • Monitoring of data quality and process improvements on data maintenance
  • Project member for HR projects


Strategic Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of a People Analytics concept

  • Overall responsibility for steering and development of further analytic tools and definition of KPIs etc.
  • Definition and further development of HR reporting, including establishment of global standards
  • Further development of HR Controlling in close alignment with HR Business Partners, HR Information systems and our Finance & Controlling organization
  • Responsibility for harmonization of HR data within different HR-IT system


What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • University degree with a major in Business Administration, IT or industrial engineering with a focus in HR Controlling & People Analytics
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Controlling and relevant working experience in HR Controlling
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR
  • Skilled in developing and implementing KPIs
  • International experience is a plus 
  • Track record of working with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical Mindset
