This cross-functional role is a key contact point between our Global Human Resources & our Group Controlling areas of the company. What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Becoming a cross-functional interface between the HR and Finance community by building a strong network between the areas of our Global Human Resources & our Group Controlling teams (including national & international rotations)
  • Proactive creation of forward looking data insights by developing and analyzing HR / people related KPIs and corresponding development of actionable strategies 
  • Performing of regular reportings (annual report, FTE reporting etc.), as well as the further development of the overall reporting landscape (dashboards, etc.) 
  • Support of the annual FTE forecast and FTE budget processes (including personnel cost) by taking data insights into consideration
  • Working on your development, which is supported by a mentor, including ambition talks, coaching sessions & performing reviews
  • You will participate in global trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones per individual programme
  • Additionally, you will be part of our Global Graduate Network

 

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • An excellent degree in Business Administration, IT Systems engineering, industrial engineering or related degrees with the focus in controlling, statistics, or business analytics
  • First professional experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI, Python etc., as well as an overall understanding of HR and Finance processes and its’ meaning in a company would be beneficial (e.g. through internships)
  • Strong communication, intercultural and social skills, as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude and the drive to shape your processes every day
  • Fluency in English and German
  • And the strong motivation to learn and grow as a future leader in our company
