For our Global Graduate Programme, we are looking for YOU as our next rising star – lateral thinker, visionary, team player & creative mind. Come join us in our relentless pursuit of a World free of Pain.

Within the 24-month programme, starting in July 2025, you will get a chance to be a part of the largest Digital Transformation Programme within the Global Regulatory Affairs department in Grünenthal R&D as we modernize our technology footprint and increase our focus on data & analytics to drive regulatory compliance globally.

 

You will build up your knowledge and professional network while working on highly visible & impactful projects delivering positive outcome to the organization globally. We offer you one-on-one mentorship by experienced leaders and trainings to support you in your personal and professional growth.

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • An excellent degree in Business informatics, Software engineering, Business administration or equivalent technical degree
  • First experience (e.g., internship, working student) in a technology related area would be beneficial
  • Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude and the drive to shape your processes every day 
  • International experience such as an internship, a semester abroad or a study abroad
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Fluency in English – Verbal & Written 
  • And the strong motivation to learn and grow as a future leader in our company
