Our 24-month Global Graduate Programme offers a unique and personalized journey within our Global Drug Safety organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience through high-impact projects, benefit from exposure to top management, and receive dedicated mentorship from a senior leader who will support your development every step of the way.

Each day you will enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- You will engage with various teams within Global Drug Safety to get a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in developing and maintaining global safety profiles for pharmaceutical products.
- Your responsibilities will include systematic review of safety data and active participation in signal detection, validation and evaluation across all phases of the lifecycle of assigned products.
- Additionally, you will gain practical experience in key pharmacovigilance areas including case processing, risk management, pharmacovigilance audits and the Pharmacovigilance System Master File.
- You will proactively shape your career path to make the most out of your programme, while being supported by your mentor through ambition talks, coaching sessions & performance assessments.
- You will participate in group trainings, focused on finding your career path, strengthening your presentation skills and developing intercultural, as well as first leadership skills.
- Additionally, you will be part of the Global Graduate Network.
What makes you a great fit:
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- A degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- First professional experience in Pharmacovigilance (e.g., through internships).
- Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, any additional language (such as German or Spanish) would be a plus.
- A high level of motivation to learn, develop, and grow within our organization.
