For our Global Graduate Programme, we are looking for YOU as a rising star – lateral thinker, visionary, team player, creative head or globetrotter!
Our Global Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders by providing hands-on experience in different parts of the commercial organization such as Market Access, Sales, and Marketing. Over the 24 month, starting in July 2025, you will complete different assignments across both local markets and global head-quarters, preparing you for an impactful career at Grunenthal. We offer you one-on-one-coachings by experienced leaders and trainings to support you in your personal and professional growth.
What the job looks like

- Local Market Rotations: Work directly in a market to better serve customer needs, market access, sales, and marketing
- Global Headquarters Rotations: Gain exposure to strategic decision-making in Global Commercial function
- Hands-on Projects: Contribute to impactful business strategies, customer engagement
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross functional and international teams
- Comprehensive development: Working on your development, which is supported by a (Senior) Leader Mentor including ambition talks, coaching sessions & performing re-views

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in one of the areas: Business Administration (Marketing), Life Sciences or Health Economics
- Early Work Experience: 6-12 months of internships, working student roles, or entry-level experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- International Experience: Having lived for a notable length (worked or studies) outside of you home country
- Language Skills: English fluency required, plus fluency in a second language which is ei-ther German or Spanish
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Data driven and digital mindset
- Ability to work independently and at the same time work with a cross-functionally team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
