What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Get to know the business relations and interfaces in Finance & Controlling during the 24-months program
• Well-grounded insights and active collaboration in the different departments and Production Sites in (Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Chile or Ecuador)
• Support of planning, analyses, steering and reporting of financial core data
• Support in the preparation of management decisions
• Working in interdisciplinary projects together with e.g. Operational Excellence or Digital Transformation
• Individual supervision through experienced mentors
• Get started to learn BI Tools such as Qlik and Alteryx

 
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• You have a university degree in Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or International Business
• You bring in funded MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) as well as a basic knowledge of SAP (FI/CO); Ideally you have first experience in operations controlling and/or first experience with BI tool such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI
• You have first professional experience in relevant fields (e.g. internships in Controlling, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production or Procurement)
• Strong communication skills, high analytical skills; data and IT affinity and a proactive attitude characterize yourself
• Business fluent English language skills finalize your profile
