What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Identifying opportunities to address the business needs and enhance operations capabilities to achieve long-term competitiveness and profitable growth
  • Contributing to key decision processes to steer the company´s strategy such as M&A, major investments, network optimization (e.g. internal and external manufacturing foot print, warehouse & distribution network) and other strategic decisions in the field of operations
  • Developing and leading of transformational projects across global operations
  • A global key player working cross functionally with all Global Operations areas to reviewing and challenging and deriving conclusions and providing actionable recommendations 
  • Rapid personal growth adventure with lots of opportunities to present to our management boards


What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • A university degree, preferably in science or industrial engineering
  • 5-10 years consulting experience in a leading consulting firm and/or extensive experience in pharma operations (e.g. manufacturing, Supply chain)
  • Strategic thinker and a creative self-starter energized by problem solving and pushing new solutions and have a "hands-on" and "can do"-mentality
  • You are not afraid of numbers and analytics and are passionate about solving problems, especially using data driven decision taking processes 
  • Strong intercultural and excellent relationship management skills to inspire and motivate others as well as finding your way to achieve the most optimal solutions together with a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English at all levels of the organization, additional language beneficial
  • You like a working environment that offers lots of additional benefits including a fair share of working from home/ meeting colleagues in the office
