What the job looks like

What you´ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- A university degree, preferably in science or industrial engineering (MBA is a plus)
- 3-5 years consulting experience in a leading consulting firm or extensive operational / manufacturing experience working (pharma sector experience is a plus)
- Strategic thinker and a creative self-starter energized by problem solving and pushing new solutions and have a "hands-on" and "can do"-mentality
- You are not afraid of numbers and analytics and are passionate about solving problems, especially using data driven decision taking processes
- Strong intercultural and excellent relationship management skills to inspire and motivate others as well as finding your way to achieve the most optimal solutions together with a team
- Excellent communication skills in English at all levels of the organization, additional language beneficial
- You like a working environment that offers lots of additional benefits including a fair share of working from home/ meeting colleagues in the office
