What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Diving into different functions & areas to get insights into the main areas of our Global Human Resources organization (including national & international rotations)
  • Focusing on HR Management, Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Recruiting, Or-ganizational Development, HR Analytics and national & international HR projects 
  • Working on your development, which is supported by a mentor including ambi-tion talks, coaching sessions & performing reviews
  • Participating in common trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones for you as individual
  • Being a part of the Global Graduate Network.


What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • An excellent Master degree in any kind of Economics, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or Communication
  • First professional & international experience in relevant fields (e.g. through in-ternational internship) with continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • And the strong motivation to learn and grow in our company.
