What the job will look like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Provide proactive business and executive support to the CFO, helping to focus attention on the topics that matter most.
  • Prepare concise briefings, presentations and decision-ready materials by bringing together input from different stakeholders and sources.
  • Coordinate Supervisory Board and other governance activities, ensuring high-quality contributions, clear timelines and reliable follow-through.
  • Anticipate information needs, identify gaps and dependencies, and proactively bring forward questions and possible solutions.
  • Manage the CFO’s calendar, meetings and travel, while supporting the effective prioritization of requests and stakeholder interactions.
  • Improve executive ways of working by using digital tools, automation and AI to simplify processes and create capacity for higher-value activities.

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • A degree in business administration, economics, finance or a related field, an equivalent commercial qualification, or relevant practical experience.
  • Experience coordinating complex topics, projects or stakeholder interactions and translating information into clear presentations or management materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage changing priorities with ownership, attention to detail and discretion.
  • Business curiosity and an interest in understanding financial performance, corporate governance and the factors that drive company success.
  • A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, confidence working with stakeholders at different levels, and curiosity about using digital tools, automation and AI.
