What the job looks like 
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Act as the tactical link between strategic process ownership and operational execution, being the digital translator to IT
• Implement strategies and process improvements defined by the BPO.
• Understand the day-to-day operations and manage the application/system related aspects used in business processes.
• Ensure application configurations and architecture to support business needs, compliance, and performance standards.
• Monitor performance of digital tools and applications, identifying and resolving issues addressed by the BPE community.
• Lead or support the implementation of digital solutions and process improvements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet business goals along the solution lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, compliance policies, and audit requirements which involves System validation & approval of Service Requests 
• Support BPEs and end-users with training and onboarding for digital tools.
• Provide guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.

What you’ll bring to the table 
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and digital tools (e.g., SAP PP/DS, S/4 HANA, Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. OMP, ICRON, SAP Response & Supply)
• Project experience with technology implementation/migration in manufacturing or supply chain environments is a strong plus
• Several years of experience (ideally 5+) working experience directly in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Planning (Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning), ideally as a functional expert involved in an IT project. 
• Experience in the role of Digital Transformation or Supply Chain Consulting
