What the job looks like
In this role, you will contribute to meaningful, collaborative work and engage with a variety of responsibilities, such as:

 

  • Partnering closely with our Support Functions to translate strategy into clear, data-informed financial insights that help shape high‑quality decisions.
  • Co-leading planning cycles (budget, forecast, LTP) while fostering transparency around performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Developing and evolving KPIs that reflect business goals and provide accessible insights for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Evaluating initiatives and investments in collaboration with partners through business cases, ROI assessments, and risk‑sensitive analyses.
  • Strengthening cross‑functional collaboration by building trusted relationships, facilitating productive discussions, and supporting timely, high‑quality outcomes.
  • Leading continuous improvement by simplifying reporting, standardizing processes, and identifying opportunities for automation that increase value.
     

What you’ll bring to the table
To be successful and thrive in this role, we look for:

 

  • 5–8 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Business Partnering, or a comparable field within a matrix environment.
  • Strong capabilities in financial planning & analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex financial topics into accessible, actionable insights.
  • High data literacy and a curiosity to explore and interpret analytical outputs.
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline; further qualifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CMA) are beneficial.
  • A collaborative, growth-minded approach characterized by strategic thinking, accountability, and a focus on shared impact.
