- Driving cross-functional collaboration by promoting knowledge sharing across finance teams for consistent direction and synergy.
- Delivering timely and accurate financial analyses to enable leadership to monitor performance and drive accountability.
- Consolidating planning inputs, forecasts, and steering data to support strategic and operational alignment.
- Acting as the primary interface to OCE, translating strategic objectives into actionable insights and ensuring seamless integration of business requirements.
- Developing robust business cases and conducting ROI analyses to guide sound investment decisions.
- Managing financial process excellence by maintaining governance frameworks, ensuring transparency, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) are a plus.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, controlling, or business support roles (ideally in a commercial or pharmaceutical environment); at least 1–3 years relevant experience with plant controlling is an asset.
- A profound track record in planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes.
- Proficiency with financial systems, data tools, and reporting platforms; experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data IKU, KNIME, or Alteryx.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
