What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

 

  • Support the strategic advice in Compliance-related governance matters across the Grünenthal Group
  • Support the design and rollout of Compliance frameworks during business integration processes
  • Strengthen the Compliance governance across the Grünenthal Group 
  • Drive the definition, collection and analysis of data for the reporting of Key Performance Indicators on relevant Compliance topics
  • Support the implementation of Business Partner and Foreign Trade Compliance frameworks across the Grünenthal Group
  • Design and conduct Compliance training matrixes, formats and training sessions 
  • Manage and perform Compliance reviews & approvals across the Grünenthal Group

 

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • A Masters degree, preferably in law (or business administration/economics)
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the Compliance function or a law firm
  • A proven track record in project management
  • Preferably comprehensive business process knowledge in the pharma industry
  • Fluent language skills in Business English & German (oral and written), additional Spanish language skills appreciated
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders to challenge ideas in a cross-cultural work environment
