What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a Variety of challenges, such as:
- Act together with the team in a challenging and diversified job in an international setting with different stakeholders (e.g. Grünenthal manufacturing sites, Global departments, Customers).
- Drive the successful implementation of a Quality Culture within the affiliates.
- Assuring with the CQA Central Cluster Manager that all activities governed by Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Guidelines are performed and recorded according to the Quality Management System
- Point of contact for communications with internal (e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Medical Information) and external stakeholders (e.g. patients or clients)
- Supporting the implementation of Quality System in the Central EU cluster (e.g. KPI reporting and evaluation, product quality complaints, mock recall executions, management review meetings, Change Control management, Product Quality Review -Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) review and TQA Management)
- Responsibility for batch verification for a product (including narcotics) market release in Italy
- Participating on GDP supplier audits, self-inspections, customer audits and authority audits to ensure full compliance with current guidelines
- Initiating and driving initiatives and projects based on continue improvement of the products and processes as well as optimization actions
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly trhrive, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or comparable
- First years of work experience
- Business-fluent English and German languages
- Creativity and flexibility are just as important as high motivation and being a self-starter
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactivity
- High team spirit, excellent collaborating skills and intercultural teamwork skills
- Quality mindset and profound knowledge of relevant international regulatory requirements and guidelines (EU GDP) and pharmaceutical processes
- Resilient personality, ability to connect people and distribute information
- Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
- Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems
