What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Assist in developing and implementing GOBS (Global Operations Business Systems) strategies
• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams in executing improvement projects
• Drive GOBS initiatives by identifying, analyzing, and implementing enhancements to operational processes, reducing inefficiencies, and optimizing resource utilization
• Support collaboration with regional teams for consistent operational standards
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed
• Work towards standardizing operational processes globally while considering regional nuances
• Manage and oversee operational excellence projects, ensuring successful execution within established timelines and budgets
• Apply project management methodologies to monitor progress and deliver tangible outcomes
• Explore and integrate innovative technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational processes

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Minimum of 5-8 years in operational excellence or related roles, with exposure to global/ regional operations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements on a global scale, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• Certifications in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) are a plus
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Basic project coordination skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Spanish and German is a plus)
