What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Provide full range of independent and advanced administrative support to the Head Corporate Strategy and the Head Global Business Development and their teams, in particular with regards to office management and all organizational matters
  • Manage travel arrangements as well as the preparation, organization and coordination of (inter-)national events and meetings including bookings and expense management
  • Take ownership and support efficient processes for Corporate Strategy and Global Business Development
  • Track budgets and support oversight of cost centres / purchase order management
  • Support projects, e.g. by preparing materials incl. presentations (PowerPoint) for meetings and ensuring follow-up
  • Overall support (IT tickets, vendor management, procurement, etc.) and support with internal communications activities where relevant
  • Support the successful onboarding of new hires, incl. introduction, training to all relevant internal systems and processes 
  • First line contact person for line manager, team members as well as internal and external stakeholders

 

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Successfully finished commercial apprenticeship in e.g., office management, industrial clerk or comparable; bachelor's degree beneficial
  • At least 3 years relevant professional experience in advanced office management roles
  • Proficient experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience with SAP, Concur and other relevant systems
  • Experience working in an international, cross-cultural, multi-located team environment
  • Fluent in Business English and German
  • High level of flexibility and demonstrated service and can-do mentality
  • Strong organizational skills, high reliability and ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Highly independent and proactive working style combined with high level of resilience
