What the job looks like:

  • Serve as controlling business partner to the aforementioned corporate functions;
  • Generate business acumen in order to provide the financial controlling point of view enabling decision making;
  • Provide guidance in order to ensure compliance with controlling standards within the function;
  • Become an expert on our planning systems, timelines, requirements and processes in order to align with corporate functions and ensure compliance with our planning processes;
  • Conduct processes within the function's scope, complying with timming and quality standards;
  • Enact a continuous improvment mindset and actively use tools and a proactive mindsets in pro of efficiency and standardization.

 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 5 to 6 years of professional experience in a financial controlling function in multinational setting;
  • Acadmeic background in finance/Controlling or related fields. Master degree is a plus;
  • Background in Pharma is a plus;
  • Proven experience as a business partner to seior organizational functions;
  • Experience with any of the detailed corporate functions is a plus;
  • SAP/CO experience is a plus;
  • Financial Controlling/Accounting;
  • Budgeting and Forecasdting methodologies;
  • Financial Business Partner;
  • Business partner/challenger;
  • Result driven & value adding;
  • Very high degree of "curiosity";
  • Outstanding customer service and interperonal skills;
  • Strong team player and networker;
  • English fluency.
