What the job looks like

Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges such as:

  • As member of the sales team: Co-creation and implementation of product related corporate strategy based on insight reporting from strategic key accounts in Germany.
  • Proactive reporting of Customer-, Key Account Insights to the sales team.
  • Achieve commercial targets in prioritized strategic key accounts with X-functional teams in strategic key accounts.
  • Proactively design the Strategic Account Excellence process (KAE process) for prioritized national key accounts.
  • Lead national customer engagement projects; identify and approach relevant networks.
  • Budget allocation and budget responsibility for projects in the context of strategic key account management.

 

What you´ll bring to the table

To make the most of the role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Proven own commercial success as key account manager in the area of complex accounts.
  • Several years of management experience (disciplinary and professional) in pharmaceutical sales force as Sales Director or comparable position.
  • Good knowledge of markets and customer structures in the field of Pain
  • Successful professional project management experience in significant internal and customer oriented national projects (>250.000.-€ project size)
  • Extensive and successful experience with internal cross-functional collaboration: business units, global projects, marketing, medical, market access, IT digital channels
  • University entrance qualification in the context of the job requirements
  • Additional qualifications in the field of KAE and key account management
  • Proven experience in excellent technical and coaching leadership
