Packaging Shift Coordinator

For the manufacturing plant in Origgio (VA, 30 km from Milan), we are looking for the position of Packaging Shift Coordinator.

What the job of Packaging Shift Coordinator looks like at the Grünenthal plant in Italy:

 

  • Oversee the activities taking care of the respect of the production data parameters coordinating, guiding and controlling the staff on duty according to schedule and the received jobs;
  • Ensure compliance with the safety, health and environmental protection;
  • Check the correct execution of maintenance work;
  • Make emergency interventions necessary and currency, within the framework of the deliveries received, the need to involve the upper;
  • Coordinate the training of personnel entrusted;
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and operational procedures regarding safety and hygiene and environmental protection within the area of expertise;
  • Ensure compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations in compliance with the provisions of the control model pursuant to and by effect of Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and codes of conduct, Grunenthal / Farmindustria / EFPIA within the area of expertise.

 

What will you bring:

 

  • Degree or Diploma preferably in science subjects (engineering);
  • 2/3 years of experience as shift coordinator or or similar functions.
  • Good manufacturing practice;
  • Knowledge of processes and manufacturing/packaging plants;
  • Interpersonal understanding and communication;
  • Availability to work three shifts;
  • The ability to inspire and motivate others.
