Key Account Manager (KAM) - North East & North Central London and the East of England

What the job looks like
- Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Become trusted partners, working with HCPs and payers to review their evidence based use of pain treatments
- Payer customer responsibilities depending on the account plan needs, which involves knowledge of Market Access environment, calls with clinical/non-clinical /payer stakeholders, feeding insights/funding changes
- Identify and understand the priorities and challenges of all stakeholders within our accounts, both clinical and payer
- Use of a blended Omnichannel approach of Grunenthal Engagement Model (GEM+) and Key Account Excellence (KAE) to ensure interactions move customers to be trusted partners
- A Key Account Excellence approach to working your territory including account planning, stakeholder mapping & customer engagement
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge and understanding of pain therapy area and associated patients pathways, identifying opportunities for these patients in the health system.
What you'll bring to the table

- Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the healthcare system and the impact on the role / Grunenthal product portfolio
- Proven success in achieving sales targets
- Able to account plan with clear analytical thinking, creating tactical objectives and actions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, CRM , Excel and GRT Compliance SOPs
- Customer and patient focus
- Experience from leading Cross Functional Teams
- Reside on/very close to territory
- Life Sciences or Business Degree (2:1 or above) or other relevant qualification
- Pharmaceutical sales experience in both primary and secondary care
- APBI/LIF/LMI/ MRII certificate or pass within 2 years (country dependent)
- Pharma sales experience +5 years (ideally)
- Full driving licence
- Fluent in local language + English (proficient)
