What the job looks like:



  • Enables support for master data organization by ensuring E2E data processes, tools and controls  with the aim of delivering on GRT master data management objectives;
  • Assist in the creation and embedding of Data Governance that includes creation and maintenance of Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Dictionaries, Data Quality Rules, etc;
  • Ensure accurate & timely data entries and high quality in master data with prioritization according to business needs;
  • Work close to the business function; it requires good understanding of cross-functional business processes as well as transactional systems, databases and user tools;
  • Resolve customers queries related to MDM;
  • Assist in the implementation of tools and processes to create and maintain master data;
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Training Material for Master Data Management;
  • Drive continuous improvement program to further enhance Data Quality by analyzing data within the database, observing and monitoring processes and working with the business to identify improvements; 
  • Responsiveness (target completion of MD requests & response to queries).


What you'll bring to the table:


  • Bachelor degree;
  • 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management;
  • Very good knowledge of Master Data Management related to Materials;
  • Very good knowledge of SAP module MM (FI and SD module is a plus) and good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite skills (excel to an advanced level);
  • Data Profiling and Data Quality monitoring tool;
  • Experience working with multiple countries/geographies;
  • Knowledge of information and data architectures, strategies, organization and governance preferred;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset;
  • Team player, quality- and service-oriented;
  • Willing to learn, collaborate and to develop new skills;
  • Flexible and driven;
  • Passionate about data and data quality;
  • Excellent data manipulation skills (Business Intelligence or equivalent e.g. SQL or similar ETL is a plus);
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory); additional European languages (e.g. Spanish) is a plus.
