What the job looks like:

  • Design and own Sitecore blueprint, architecture roadmap, and technical solutions. Ensure defined architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards;
  • Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture within Sitecore and in the integration with other platforms
  • Partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery by offering expertise in solution design;
  • Ensure development of application follows defined Blueprint;
  • Stay informed on platform releases to help drive CMS product roadmap; 
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity
  • Technically owns all IT projects within CMS platform and ensures quality in execution
  • Ensure E-2-E operations, availability, and quality of IT services around CMS solution


What you bring to the table:

  • IT professional with a minimum of 8 years experience with Sitecore experience in setting up, development, and 3rd party integration
  • Sitecore developer certification
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns. Familiarity with SOLID principles and secure coding practices. 
  • Familiarity with content lifecycle
  • Understanding of web accessibility guidelines, web analytics, and SEO
  • Proven experience in project management of large, complex project
  • Master degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or comparable
  • Sound understanding of ITIL
  • Advanced project and process management skills as well as proven change management ability
  • English fluent and preferably one further European language
