What the job looks like:

 

  • Process Management – Changes;
  • Process Management - Configuration;
  • Ensures the processes are executed appropriately at each described step;
  • Ensures the appropriate inputs / outputs are being produced;
  • Delivery of the Processes related trainings;
  • Ensures process awareness in the Team, Business and other Process Teams;
  • Process & Escalation Creation and Management;
  • Act as an Escalation point for all Process related issues;
  • Participates in new Transitions & Projects;
  • Leads Process Execution and Performs Active Performance Reporting;
  • Process Automation & Continuous Improvements;
  • Producing & Monitoring Process KPI Reports;
  • Ensures SLA & KPI’s delivery at agreed levels; 
  • Provides Support to IT Stakeholders and Service Management Functions (SDM; Process Managers; Operations Managers & Team Managers); 
  • Lead the CAB and eCAB meetings;
  • Ensure the CMDB is updated at all moments, guarantying  that the coherence of the relations between assets and that the impact of changes is always reflected.

 

What you'll bring to the table:

 

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English (and other languages if applicable);
  • Good understanding of ITIL Processes;
  • Excellent Problem-Solving skills;
  • Experience in Change Management, Asset/Configuration Management and co-related processes;
  • Continuous Improvement driven;
  • Understanding of the business continuity process;
  • Customer Relationship – able to establish quick working relationships / empathy with the customers;
  • Strong communication skills (able to clearly communicate);
  • Team Work and flexible approach;
  • Analytical & Logical thinking;
  • Drive and Determination;
