What the job looks like:
- Internal Control System (ICS):
- Support in the definition of controls and follow up on execution;
- Perform monthly reports on control results;
- Support on risk identification and assessment;
- Support on the definition and follow up on remediation action plans;
- Support on the follow-up of the remediation actions proposed by the internal auditors;
- Support on the definition and update of the service level agreements;
- Support controlling and transfer pricing group teams in the definition of the charging method to
- other group companies;
- Participation on projects related to the area;
- Online banking platform management (creation of users, banks or bank accounts, group entities, intercompany accounts) and reporting.
What you'll bring to the table:
- University degree (Audit, Finance, Economics or similar);
- Professional experience in similar activities 2+ years;
- Experience in Internal Control in Financial Institutions (e.g. Banks) or publicly traded companies (compliant with SOX);
- COSO framework knowledge;
- Project Management experience;
- Experience in SSC environments;
- Excellent English;
- Good knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong analytical skillS;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team player;
- Quality- and service-oriented;
- Highly motivated and flexible.
