What the job looks like:


  •  Ownership for the technical management of the ITSM platform and its security.
  •  Gathering requirements from service owners for new functionality, reports & automation, and fulfilling requirements in line with industry best practice.
  •  Assisting with identifying and implementing orchestration for IT automation and reporting
  •  Identify monitoring and alarming strategies.
  •  Build/test/deploy/maintain ITSM automation (automation of request fulfillment/deployment, SW-distribution, 3rd party patch management, reporting, processes, policies and data collection).
  •  Configuration of the ITSM platform to align with IT Service Management policies, processes and procedures, the Service Catalog and the user interface to the Grünenthal CI.
  •  Producing reports and dashboards based on defined measures, metrics and key performance indicators.
  •  Troubleshooting, resolving and /or escalating ITSM Incidents when they arise, also on-call
  •  Performing daily operational management and administration activities as needed.



What you bring to the table:


  •  Experience with ITSM Tools in general, and iVanti in particular
  •  Experience running a service in a regulated enterprise.
  •  Demonstrate a good understanding of service processes and managing SLA (SLO/SLI)
  •  Degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable
  •  Experience with ITIL and IT Operations
  •  Ivanti (esp. Automation & Endpoint Manager)
  •  Solid Scripting Skills (PowerShell); C# is a plus
  •  Fluent in English
  •  ITIL v4 Certification is a plus
